Alumni Update: Martin O’Leary Named President of JTM Construction of Seattle

CWU alumni Martin O’Leary (’89, Construction Management) has been named president of JTM Construction in Seattle. O’Leary, who previously served as executive vice president of the company, will replace John Hayduk, who is transitioning to the role of senior advisor.

O’Leary, along with Hayduk and Chief Operating Officer Tom Titus, co-founded JTM Construction in 2005. He has more than 30 years of construction experience in the Puget Sound area and a track record of successful projects.

JTM Construction is one of the leading Pacific Northwest general contractors, constructing some of the Seattle region’s most iconic buildings including Benaroya Hall, McCaw Hall, the Museum of Glass, Frye Art Museum, the renovation of Union Station, and 505 Union Station.
